W. Perry Cronin brings over 25 years of diversified accounting, auditing, tax and consulting experience to meet the needs of his clients.  He formed Cronin & Company 1992 and has been working with entrepreneurs ever since.  Perry has extensive experience in helping start-up companies navigate the around business, tax and regulatory issues that arise in the initial years of operations.  The foundation of his practice is to provide timely, proactive and independent financial, tax and consulting services to his clients.  Perry’s previous experience included Senior Manager roles with Coopers & Lybrand and Ernst & Young, LLP serving a diverse public and private client base. 

Perry has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Lewis University.  He is a licensed CPA in the State Alabama and has been active over the years in civic and charitable organizations.  He is married and is the father of three children.
